AUTOMATICALLY CHECK AND SORT TURNED PARTS

The hörSort system with a glass chute was developed especially for 100% checking of rotationally symmetrical bolt-like parts. Your advantages:

The central unit is an image processing system that facilitates multifaceted and complex checking and control functions. The turned parts are precisely guided, measured and sorted by a V track or L track on a glass chute. All components can be adjusted to match your individual requirements and the spatial requirements in your manufacture.

YOUR TURNED PARTS

The glass chute can be quickly set up as a V track or an L track, depending on the parts to be tested:

V track (for cylindrical parts with a diameter of 2-34mm)
L track (for disc-shaped parts weighing up to 80 g each)

STEEP CONVEYORS AND BUNKERS

For gentle, automated feeding of parts, a steep conveyor with bunker is used:

Capacity: 80 – 500 kg
Filling height: 800 mm

FEEDING

Using a vibrating spiral feeder, the parts are separated and placed on a conveyor belt at equal distances.

AUTOMATIC VISUAL CHECKING

The parts are conveyed over a glass chute and scanned or checked there by 1-5 high-resolution cameras. Simultaneous tasks are carried out: measurement of exterior dimensions and shape testing, with a processing rate of up to 300 parts per minute.

SORTING

Good and bad parts are sorted (by a switch gate) and discharged; after that, a testing report can be generated automatically if you wish.

PACKAGING

The good parts are discharged via a conveyor belt from which the parts pass to a packaging conveyor or packaging rotary table.
