The European Commission provides a platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for online dispute resolution, which consumers can use to resolve disputes and which contains additional information on dispute settlement.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of dispute with a consumer, we are neither obliged nor willing to submit to dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
